An online ticket can be purchased 24 hours a day in our shop. You will receive your ticket directly and conveniently by email. It can be redeemed in Miltenberg at the selected time according to our timetable . With your ticket you can board the train without having to buy a ticket on site.

The price for a regular online ticket is identical to the selling price of a ticket on site.

Children between the ages of 4 and 14 pay a reduced fare.

Groups (15 people or more / no online ticket available) can register directly by email and receive a written travel confirmation at the agreed group price.

(Passenger shipping does not provide public passenger transport within the meaning of the law on the free transport of severely disabled persons of 9 July 1979)

Children under 4 years are free and therefore do not need a ticket.

Bicycles can be taken on board free of charge and you do not need a ticket.

Dogs are allowed on board free of charge.

You will receive your tickets in PDF format immediately after the purchase process to the specified email address. The tickets can be shown at the pier on the smartphone display (digital) or as a printout (non-digital) .

You will receive a payment receipt in PDF format via email after successful order confirmation.

(if you pay via PayPal you will also receive a transaction receipt directly from PayPal)

Online tickets can be redeemed on the ship SIVOTA of the shipping company Henneberger (VPS GmbH) .

Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, a binding seat reservation is not possible on round trips, especially on the open deck. Our passenger ships have spacious decks, which allow every passenger to have a nice seat!
