An online ticket can be purchased 24/7 in our shop. You will receive your ticket directly and conveniently by email. It is valid for use in Miltenberg at the selected time according to our timetable . It guarantees your participation in the selected journey. With your ticket, you can board without having to purchase a separate ticket on site.

The price for a regular online ticket is identical to the selling price of a ticket purchased directly on site.

Children aged between 4 and 14 years pay a reduced fare.
Groups (from 15 adults / no online ticket available) can register directly via e-mail and will receive a written confirmation of their trip at the agreed group price.

Children under 4 years of age are free and therefore do not need a ticket.
Bicycles may be taken on board free of charge. No ticket is required for this.
Dogs are allowed on board free of charge.
You will receive your tickets in PDF format directly after purchase at the email address you provided. The tickets can be shown at the dock on your smartphone screen (digital) or as a printout (non-digital) . You can also identify yourself by name at the ship's entrance using our guest list.
You will receive a payment receipt in PDF format via email after successful order confirmation.
(After payment via PayPal, you will also receive a transaction receipt directly from PayPal)
Online tickets can be redeemed on the ship SIVOTA of the shipping company Henneberger (VPS GmbH) .
Unfortunately, individual seat reservations, especially on the open deck, are not possible for round trips due to organizational reasons. On board, our guests without a pre-ordered meal generally have free choice of seating. In case of very high occupancy, our crew may assign seats on site.
